You have to visit http://cowin.gov.in and tap on the 'Raise a Issue' under 'Account Details'section.

From the drop down list, select the "Add Passport Details" option. This will redirect you to a different web page.

Select a member for whom you want to add the passport details. Next, enter the passport number of the selected member under 'Enter Beneficiary's Passport Number'option.

Tick the declaration box below and select 'Submit'option. You will receive the new certificate in seconds.

You can simply download the updated vaccine certificate with your passport number from the same website.

Click on the 'Certificate' button under 'Account Details' and download your passport-linked vaccine certificate immediately.
