The platform has also extended 50,000 WRX as bonuses for the community.

Since the announcement of the launch of the WazirX NFT marketplace, the platform has received over 15,000 applications for artist and collector registrations. The marketplace is open to everyone who wants to buy or sell their NFT – using – WRX, the native token of WazirX. All items listed on the platform, for now, are based on the ‘Fixed Price’ model. Here is a lowdown on how to buy and sell NFTs in India.

What is NFT?

In simple words, you can say that NFTs are a digital certificate, which establishes absolute ownership of digital artwork. It is a type of crypto asset in which an asset is made unique by giving them a unique code. Through NFT you can become the owner in the digital world.

How to buy NFT?

Step 1. Search WazirX NFT on Google and click on the official website URL. Step 2. The home page of the website lists various NFTs to explore. Step 3. Click on the artwork you like. Step 4. There is an option to pay the price in the native coin of WazirX, WRX Step 5.  Once clicked it will ask you to connect to an Ethereum based account MetaMask. Step 6. After that, fund the account and confirm your purchase. Step 7: Now, you finally own digital art.

How to Sell NFT?

The selection of artists on WazirX has been divided into ‘Spotlight’ and ‘Discover’ sections. Spotlight artists have been curated keeping in mind the diversity of their work, genre, popularity and credibility. For artists in ‘Discover’ category, the platform is announcing 50 selected artists each day from over 15 thousand applications received.

Step 1. Search WazirX NFT on Google and click on the official website URL. Step 2. Go on the upload section of the website Step 3. Set up Metamask and connect with your account Step 4: Upload to convert your art into NFT. You will need Binance coin as a gas fee Step 5: Once payment made, upload and give details about the art such as title, description, price and royalty to the art Step 6. Then you can start minting your NFT Step 7: WazirX will escrow your property as buyer protection. Step 8: Your NFT is listed for sale.
