This direct recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 168 vacancies for the post of professor, additional professor, associate professor and assistant professor. 1. Professor: 37 posts

2. Additional professor: 31 posts

3. Associate professor: 52 posts

4. Assistant professor: 48 posts

Eligibility criteria

Academic qualification and experience

1. Professor: MD or MS degree in the respective discipline/ subject and/ or Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.) degree and 14 years of experience.

2. Additional professor: MD or MS in the respective discipline/subject and/or (M.Ch) degree and 10-year experience.

3. Associate professor: MD or MS in the respective discipline/subject and/ or Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch) degree and six years of experience.

4. Assistant professor: MD/MS in the respective discipline/subject And/or Chirurgiae (M.Ch) degree and six years of experience.

Age limit

1. Professor/ additional professor: Not exceeding 58 years as on closing date of submission of the online application form.

2. Associate professor/ assistant professor: Not exceeding 50 years as on the closing date of submission of the online application form.

Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines. However, no age relaxation would be available to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

Pay scale

Professor: Level-14-A (Rs 1,68,900 to Rs 2,20,400 per month) as per 7th central pay commission (CPC) in addition to usual allowances including non– practising allowance (NPA) if applicable.

2. Additional professor: Level-13-A2+ (Rs 1,48,200 to Rs 2,11,400 per month) as per 7th CPC in addition to usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).

3. Associate professor: Level-13-A1+ (Rs 1,38,300 to Rs 2,09,200) as per 7th CPC in addition to usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).

4. Assistant professor: Level-12, (Rs 1,01,500 to Rs 1,67,400) as per 7th CPC in addition to usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).

The aspiring applicants can submit their application online through the AIIMS Raipur website www.aiimsraipur.edu.in till October 4, 2021, and take a printout of the same. A duly signed printout of the application form along with photocopies of all the self-attested documents must be sent by speed post or registered post or courier to the address mentioned below within 15 days from the last date of submission of the online application.
