There’s good news for government job aspirants — Odisha government is seeking applications from young candidates for revenue inspector posts. Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has invited online applications to fill up 586 posts. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the post through osssc.gov.in. The online application submission and registration process has already started. Application will be received online only. The last date for registration and payment of fee is July 23, 2021 and the last date for online application form submission is July 30, 2021.
Important dates
Online registration: 24 June to 23 July, 2021.
Online exam fee payment: 24 June to 23 July, 2021.
Online application: 24 June to 30 July, 2021.

Eligibility criteria
Qualification
i) The candidate should have graduation degree in any discipline (arts/science/commerce including BBA/BCA or any equivalent exam from a recognised university);
ii) Should have knowledge in computer application;
iii) Must be able to speak, write and read Odia language.
Age: Over 20 years and below 32 years (as on January 1, 2021).
Upper age relaxation: The upper age limit for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBC), Women, Ex-serviceman category is relaxable by 5 years and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category candidates.
Salary details
Consolidated salary of Rs 16,880 per month
Selection Process
The selection will be done on the basis of a written exam and a skill test.
