Why ULIP mis-selling has become rampant ?

The Rajasthan High Court has issued a notification for recruitment to the post of civil judges. The total number of vacancies is 120. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for this post from July 30, 2021, through the official website of the high court at hcraj.nic.in. The online application window will remain open till August 31, 2021.

Vacancy details

The total number of vacancies is 120. Out of this number, 31 posts are reserved for women and 5 for differently-abled persons.

Eligibility criteria

Qualification:

Bachelor of law (professional) degree from any university in India and recognised as such under the Advocates Act, l96l. Every candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari script and Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan.

Age limit:

Between 21 to 40 years as on January 1, 2022.

Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines.

Selection process

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of preliminary and mains examination and followed by an interview round.

Application fee:

General/other backward class (creamy layer)/backward class (creamy layer)/other state candidates: Rs 1,000.

OBC (non-creamy layer)/backward class (non-creamy layer)/economically weaker sections: Rs 750

Scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/differently-abled: Rs 500
