There was double-digit growth in hiring activity in almost all regions after near negative growth last month

The Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) has invited applications for the post of Operator Category 1 (Chemical) in the Maharashtra division. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of RCFL. 

As per the notification, the last date to apply in this is June 21 till 5 pm. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 50 vacancies for the post of operators in category 1 in RCFL’s Maharashtra division.

The cut-off date to determine the eligibility criteria with respect to educational qualification, age and experience shall be May 31, 2021. 

Age

The age limit for applicants from the unreserved/general category is 36 years. For those belonging to the OBC and SC/ST category is 39 years and 41 years, respectively.

Application fee

While candidates from SC/ST category are exempted from paying any application fees, others will have to pay Rs 700 to apply for these posts.

Salary

Successful candidates will get a monthly gross salary of Rs.47,000 /-(Approx) including Basic Pay +VDA (23.20%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (24%).

Besides this, the employee will also be entitled to company accommodation. Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical Facility for self and dependents, gratuity, contributory provident fund, accident insurance, pension scheme, and social security schemes as per company rules will also be paid.

Eligibility criteria

A candidate must have qualified for B.Sc degree in chemistry with physics as one of the subjects or diploma in the same. They should possess seven years of work experience preferably in the fertiliser or chemical industry (pesticides, agrochemical, chlor alkali, organic chemical manufacturing) having a continuous process, and performing the job in the process/production department. The experience should be after acquiring B.Sc.(chemistry) degree and NCVT in AO(CP) Trade.

Note that period of training shall not be counted under professional experience.
