Cryptocurrency update: Bitcoin slips 2.25%; Ethereum falls 3.54%; Hacker returns stolen crypto assets
All the major cryptocurrencies were trading in red in the last 24 hours, except for Tether USDT and USD Coin which rose by 0.06% and 0.05%
Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency, on Friday dropped 2.25% to $45,085.05-levels, while Ethereum declined by 3.54 % and was trading at $3,114.78. All the major cryptocurrencies were trading in red in the last 24 hours, except for Tether USDT and USD Coin which rose by 0.06% and 0.05%, with both trading at $1.00 each.

Messi received a large number of $PSG fan tokens
Argentine superstar Lionel Messi recently joined the Paris Saint German (PSG), had said that the footballer received a large number of $PSG fan tokens.
PSG created these fan tokens with cryptocurrency platform socios.com back in January 2020. Crypto fan tokens can be used by those who have to vote on minor decisions taken by the club. PSG aren’t the only to have such crypto tokens. Manchester City, AC Milan and even Barcelona have launched them in the last one year or so. The main partner of the clubs on this is socios.com and it claims that clubs on this is socios.com and it claims that clubs have earned close to $200 million for its partner clubs this year.
The club claims that the hype surrounding the latest signings in the club’s busy summer transfer window created a huge surge of interest in $PSG fan tokens, with trading volumes exceeding $1.2 billion in days the preceding the move.
Crypto heist hacker returns most of $600 million stolen funds
