Markets have been incrementally volatile in today’s trading session. Rahul Shah of MOFSL spoke to Money9 and shared insights on factors investors should keep in mind while investing in the current markets.
“Markets are very volatile and because of that I think we’ve seen that the markets, taking a breather over here also. So we saw US, European indices all have corrected 3.5% in the last few days. And I think that is what has taken a beating on other Indian markets as well, India has outperformed the other indices if you look at it. And honestly, all eyes are on the Fed. This week is and I think the markets might take a broader view”, he said.
Speaking about what is leading to momentum in the realty stocks he said, “I don’t think that there is a direct correlation between Chinese real estate companies falling and our stocks rising, I think that what we are seeing is the local demand and I think the lower interest rates from the major financial lenders is helping”
