Here is the list of top stocks that could be in focus on June 9.

Results today: GAIL, Inventure Growth & Securities, Moneyboxx, Taneja Aerospace and Teamlease are slated to announce their financial results on Wednesday.

Prestige Estates Projects: Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on Tuesday reported a sharp increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,336.3 crore for the quarter ending March, driven by monetisation of large portfolio of commercial assets. Its net profit stood at Rs 15.4 crore in the year-ago period.

Max Financial Services: The company reported a multi-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 70 crore for the last quarter of 2020-21. Max Financial Services had reported a net profit of Rs 6.7 crore in the same period a year ago.

Hester Biosciences: The company on Tuesday reported an over two-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 10.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 mainly on account of robust sales.

Power Grid: State-run Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has fully commissioned India’s first Voltage Source Convertor (VSC) based HVDC (high voltage direct current) electricity transmission system, the power ministry said on Tuesday. The project strengthens the power system of the southern region of the country, the ministry said.

Galaxy Surfactants: The company reported a 25.3% jump in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 78.7 crore for the March 2021 quarter. The surfactants and other specialty ingredients maker had posted a consolidated PAT had of Rs 62.8 crore during the corresponding quarter of 2019-20, Galaxy Surfactants said in a statement.

Tata Motors: Tata Motors said that a new wholly owned subsidiary named ‘TML CV Mobility Solutions Limited’ has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors. TML CV Mobility Solutions was incorporated to provide end to end services of operating, repair and maintenance including annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and Fleet Management Services (FMS) for the automotive including electric mobility/electric vehicles, electric buses, Fuel Cell buses, all types of commercial vehicles etc.

Adani Enterprises: Adani Enterprises has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Mundra Windtech on 7th June, 2021 to carry on business as manufacturers of Wind Turbine Generators and other auxiliaries.

Inox Leisure: INOX Leisure said announced opening of QIP on June 8. The floor price is Rs 315.25 per equity share. The board will meet on June 11 to determine the QIP issue price.

Religare Enterprises: Religare Enterprises said the Board of Directors of the company has considered and approved raising of funds through preferential issue of shares by issuing up to 5.41 crore equity shares of the company at an issue price of Rs. 105.25 per share aggregating upto Rs 57 crores on a preferential basis.

Welspun Corp: The company said the company has received multiple orders of approximately 164 KMT valuing close to INR 1,725 crore.

Thangamayil Jewellery: The company informed that the Tamilnadu Government has extended the total lockdown till 14 June 2021. Hence all showrooms and offices will remain closed till such date.
