Results today: AstraZeneca Pharma, Bayer Cropscience, Gati, Emami, Kirloskar Brothers, Lux, Thermax, TTK Prestige and VIP Industries are slated to announce their financial results on Tuesday.

Kanpur Plastipack: The company recorded 80% growth in sales to Rs 155.20 crore in Q4FY21 compared to Q4FY20. The operating margins of the company jumped 507 bps to 12.00%, leading to 211% increase in operating profits to Rs 18.62 crore.

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries: The company on Monday reported a 16% fall in its consolidated net profit at Rs 51.86 crore for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year on lower income. Its net profit stood af Rs 61.95 crore in the year ago period.

Ramco Cements: The Ramco Cements on Monday reported 51.1% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 215.92 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021 helped by growth in sales. It had posted a net profit of Rs 142.90 crore in January-March 2019-20.

India Cements: The company on Monday reported a standalone net profit at 71.63 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021 on the back of strong sales, the company said on Monday.

Lakshmi Machine Works: Net profit of Lakshmi Machine Works rose 1,285.64% to Rs 26.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 77.10% to Rs 683.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 386.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

Grasim: On a consolidated basis, Grasim Industries’ net profit jumped 14% to Rs 1,715 crore on 26% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 24,398.92 crore in Q4 March 2021 over Q4 March 2020.

Bank of India: Bank of India said that the bank has decided to exercise call option on Bank of India Tier II Bonds Series XIII and declare 6 June as Record Date for this purpose. The bonds were issued on 7 July 2016 and carry a coupon rate of 8.57% pa, payable annually with call option on 7 July 2021.

GMM Pfaudler: The company has announced that it has commenced manufacturing operations at its facility at Vatva near Ahmedabad on May 24, 2021. The new facility will immediately enhance the company’s capacity in Heavy Engineering while freeing up capacity in Karamsad to expand our Glass Lining business.

Amara Raja Batteries: Shares of Amara Raja Batteries will be in focus as Clarios ARBL Holding is reportedly likely to sell 1.71 crore shares or 10% stake in the company for an aggregate $174 million. The floor price fixed at Rs 746 per share.

Bal Pharma: The company announced the launch of Favipiravir formulation into Indian market, under the brand name BALflu. Favipiravir is an emerging anti viral drug used for patients with mild to moderate Covid-19 infection.
