Aarti Industries, Abbot India, Alkem Labs, APL Apollo, Arvind Fashion, Balkrishna Industries, Berger Paints, Dhani Services, Graphite India, Hindalco, JP Power, Lumax Industries, MTAR Technologies, Piramal Enterprises, Steel Authority of India, Strides Pharma, Taj GVK, Torrent Power, Voltas and Zee Entertainment are slated to announce their financial results on Friday. Here is the list of other top stocks that could be in focus on August 6.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: The company reported a marginal 3.3% rise in its profit after tax at Rs 282 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, helped by a lower cost of funds. The lender had reported a profit after tax of Rs 273 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Adani Power: The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 278.22 crore in the June 2021 quarter, mainly on the back of higher revenues. It had reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 682.46 crore in the quarter ended on June 30, 2020.

Cholamandalam Financial Holdings: The company has recorded a consolidated profit after tax for the quarter ending June 30, 2021 at Rs 357 crore, the company said on Thursday.

Birla Corporation: Birla Corporation reported an over two-fold increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 141.51 crore in the first quarter ended June 2021. It had posted a net profit of Rs 65.77 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago, Birla Corporation said in a BSE filing

Cipla: The drug firm reported a 25.41% rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 709.92 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, on account of robust sales. It had posted a profit of Rs 566.04 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
