Larsen & Toubro: Infrastructure major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on Monday posted an over two-fold jump in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 1,531.66 crore for the quarter ended June, helped by higher income.

Axis Bank: The private sector lender witnessed its net profit almost double to Rs 2,160.15 crore in the June quarter. The lender had posted a net profit of Rs 1,112.17 crore in the year-ago period.

Tata Motors: Tata Motors on Monday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 4,450.92 crore for the quarter ended June as against a net loss of Rs 8,437.99 crore in the year-ago quarter. At the same time, its net revenue more than doubled to Rs 66,406 crore as against Rs 31,983.06 crore in a year-ago quarter.

Results today: Aarti Drugs, InterGlobe Aviation, Canara Bank, Dixon Technologies, Dr Reddy’s Labs, Granules, IndusInd Bank, Karnataka Bank, Lux Industries, Shemaroo, TTK Prestige and UCO Bank are slated to announce their financial results on Tuesday.

Vedanta: The company on July 27 posted over four-fold rise in its consolidated profit after tax to Rs 4,280 crore for the quarter ended June 30.

VLS Finance: Net profit of VLS Finance rose 508.43% to Rs 72.16 crore in the quarter ended June 2021 as against Rs 11.86 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2020. Sales rose 1080.82% to Rs 83.72 crore as against Rs 7.09 crore during the same quarter ended June 2020.

DLF: DLF reported consolidated net profit at Rs 337.17 crore in Q1FY22 against loss of Rs 71.52 crore in Q1FY21. Revenue jumped 92% to to Rs 1243 crore.

Biocon: Biocon Biologics, a fully integrated biosimilars company and a subsidiary of Biocon, announced that U.S. based Adagio Therapeutics has granted an exclusive license to Biocon Biologics to manufacture and commercialize an antibody treatment based on ADG20 for India and select emerging markets.

Prataap Snacks: The company informed that the commercial production at newly set up unit situated at Plot No. 5511, 5512 and 5513, Mouza – New Kolorah, District – Howrah, West Bengal has commenced yesterday, 26th July, 2021. The unit has been set up for production of extruded snacks, pellets and other snacks with a capacity of about 6,000 MT per annum.
