Rolex Rings: Shares of Rolex Rings will list on BSE and NSE today. Earlier, initial public offering of the auto components maker got subscribed 130.44 times on the last day of subscription on July 30.

BSE: The stock exchange reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 53.42 crore for the first quarter ending June 30, registered a growth of 61% compared to Rs 33.15 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Inox Leisure: According to media reports, the company has so far signed agreements with various developers to add 926 screens to its network.

Happiest Minds Technologies: According to a media report, the Bengaluru-based IT firm is planning to hire 300 techies in each of the next three quarters.

Macrotech Developers: Media report suggested that the company has formed four joint ventures in April-June to build projects with a sales value of Rs 3,500 crore.

Vodafone Idea: According to reports, the Department of Telecommunications has initiated discussions with banks to address financial stress in the telecom sector, particularly Vodafone Idea Ltd (VIL) that urgently requires fund infusion to stay afloat.

Affle: The digital advertising firm on Saturday reported 57.2% rise in net profit at Rs 29.5 crore for June quarter 2021-22. The company had registered a net profit of Rs 18.8 crore for the year-ago period, Affle said in a statement.

IRB InvIT Fund: India’s first listed infrastructure investment Trust on Saturday posted over four-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 107.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Divi’s Laboratories: The pharma major posted a 13% growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 557 crore for the first quarter ended June 30.
