The party in mid and small caps is not over yet: Mudit Goyal, SMC Global

Domestic equity stock indices BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 opened in the green on Thursday. The Sensex opened at 52,968, up 64.8 points or 0.12%, while Nifty was at 15,872, up 18.2 points or 0.11%. Markets build on further gains taking the Sensex above 53,000.

Mudit Goyal of SMC Global spoke to Money9 and said, “We can see all time high levels on the Nifty today and we may also see 16,000 hitting as early as tomorrow. On the Nifty bank also we are seeing a breakout on charts and therefore advise viewers to go long. We can see 35,700 levels on the Nifty Bank and then 36,100 can be seen getting achieved as well.”

On the broader market space too, he believes there is still upside left. Recent consolidation should be seen as a healthy sign.
