Indians still prefer cash despite rising digital payments

The decision of the Haryana government to reserve 75% of jobs in private sector for its natives is unwelcome. The Federal sentiment is welcome but not if it creates unfair barriers. Seamless talent flow should define the economic growth story in states of India.

Accordingly, India Inc should have the freedom to look for the best talent and not be chained to a particular geography. Haryana government has stipulated an income level but that doesn’t alleviate the challenge of forcing small and mid-sized companies to bear the burden of job reservation.
