The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) said it has advised the enforcement authorities that the validity of fitness, permit (all types), licence, registration or any other concerned document(s) may be treated to be valid till September 30, 2021.
According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), validity of national permit, fitness, driving licence, registration and other documents have been extended till June 30.
If your documents expired on February 1, 2020 and thereafter – it will be considered valid till June 30 this year.
The MoRTH has asked all the states and union territories to follow this order in order to eliminate any travel related issues amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
