Flats available for as low as ₹11.5 lakh in DDA’s latest scheme

Flats for as low as ₹11.5 lakh are available in the ongoing Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023 of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). LIG flat prices start from ₹23 lakh. While, MIG flats are available from ₹1 crore. Penthouses are worth ₹5 crore. The registration process has already begun. Accommodations from all categories from EWS to penthouses are available for sale. All accommodations are newly constructed and ready to move in.

The registration process is quite simple. You just have to visit https://dda.gov.in/. Fill and submit the online application form and required documents. Pay registration fees. After registration process is completed, DDA will conduct e-auction of flats. After allotment you are allowed to visit accommodations for inspection.

Property prices of DDA’s latest scheme: 

Accommodations are located in Dwarka in southwest Delhi, Lok Nayak Puram in west Delhi, and Narela in northwest Delhi. Apartments from EWS and LIG categories are located in Narela. Registrations are also open for penthouses in Dwarka and for HIG flats in Lok Nayak Puram. Penthouses cost ₹5 crore.

There are no conditions like one who already has a plot or flat in New Delhi cannot apply in this scheme.

Total 32,000 newly constructed accommodations are available for sale. All apartments eligible for registration are ready to move in. All properties are freehold.
