Why ULIP mis-selling has become rampant ?

The DDA on March 10 had allotted 1,353 flats to people under a housing scheme through an online draw of lots.

The Delhi Development Authority’s Housing Scheme has received over 15,000 applications till now, according to a report in The Times of India.

Under the scheme, DDA is offering 757 MIG flats in Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Jahangirpuri and Madipur while 252 HIG flats are on offer in Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Nasirpur and Rohini.

The draw is scheduled to be held on March 5 and applications will remain open till February 16.

A DDA official told the publication that while a total of 15,361 applications, over 6,400 applicants have already made the final payment of the application fee.

Application fee for HIG and MIG flats is Rs 2 lakh. For LIG flats and EWS flats, it is Rs 1 lakh and Rs 25,000, respectively.

Unsuccessful applicants will get full refunds.
