Digital currencies are arguably the most volatile investment instrument in the global market. Some days investors are nervous about the market price of bitcoin while other days are spent thinking about its legality in India.

Avinash Shekhar of Zebpay in an exclusive interaction with Money9 talks about investor stance and how market corrections are a part of the business cycle of this asset class. He further added that bitcoin is only a decade-old innovation and the market will eventually stabilize.

Bitcoin has given returns of over 1,200% in the last year. Its volatility can also be attributed to excessive profit-booking and regulatory rigor.
