The Government of India is giving a lot of emphasis to electric vehicles these days as they provide a good range at a much lower cost than petrol. Even the companies are trying hard to improve on quality and sustainability. These days the common man gets upset while using his conventional fuel bikes and scooters to complete his daily tasks as the cost of using it is no more affordable and on the other hand, petrol prices are also skyrocketing. In such a situation, one should consider electric vehicles.

In this context, if you compare it with the petrol scooters which is around Rs 90-94 per litre in India and on an average it covers 40-50km in one litre. Fast speed: Many think that electric scooters are very slow. But, technology has made a lot of progress in the last few years.  Ather 450X, TVS IQube, Bajaj Chetak, Okinawa, etc are a few which give great speed. However, they may cost you a bit more than conventional fuel vehicles. But if you calculate the expenses day by day, then you will find these quite cheap.
