Here’s the top 10 selling cars of April 2021

Maruti Wagon R gets the top position with 18,656 units sold in April 2021 as compared to 18,757 units in March 2021. The starting price of the hatchback is Rs 4.80 lakh.

Maruti Suzuki Swift slipped to the second position in April 2021. It had total sales of 18,316 cars last month.

With a marginal fall of 0.56%, Maruti Alto sold 17,303 units last month and it grabbed third place in the list. It became costly by Rs 12,000 last month, now priced between Rs 2.99 lakh to Rs 4.60 lakh.

The car manufactured by Suzuki at its Gujarat-based plant had achieved 20.03% in adult occupant box, 17.06% in child occupant box, 64.06% in pedestrian protection and vulnerable road users box and 6.98% in safety assist box, the safety group said in a statement.

Maruti Dzire: Compared to 11,434 units sold in March 2021, it has shown an impressive 23% rise in sales with 14,073 units in April 2021.

Hyundai Creta slipped to 6th place with 12,463 units sold last month. It became the best-selling SUV for April 2021.

Sales of the i10 Grand increased 4.72% to 11,540 units in the last month, up from 11,020 units sold in March 2021.

Maruti Eeco, the utility van sold 11,469 units to its dealerships in April 2021 registering a 0.68% fall than March 2021.

Hyundai Venue - Venue, the third car from Hyundai sold 11,245 units in April 2021. It registered a MoM increase of 4.88% over 10,722 units sold in March 2021.

Maruti sold 11,220 units of the Vitara Brezza, with a marginal decline of 0.48% over 11,274 units sold in March 2021.
