Honda price hike: Cars set to get expensive from April

Publication Hindustan Times Auto has reported that Japan-based automobile company, Honda Cars India is set to raise car prices in India from April 2024. The Japanese automotive manufacturer had already increased prices in January this year. Subsequently, all the three models City, Amaze and Elevate may become more costlier next month. Plus, the automotive company can claw back the current benefits it is giving on all three models by the March 2024 end. So, the current month may be the best time in near term to buy vehicles of the company.

Lets see how much  benefits you can currently get on Honda cars: 

Honda Cars India is giving benefits worth up to Rs 1.20 lakh on its flagship sedan, Honda City. After factoring in the benefits, the ex-showroom price of the sedan starts from Rs 11.70 lakh. The Japan based auto manufacturer has also extended benefits on other models like Elevate and Amaze as well. After factoring in all the benefits inclusive of cash discounts and other benefit types, the former’s price starts from Rs 11.57 lakh and while, the latter’s from Rs 7.15 lakh. On the latest powertrain, Honda Elevate, the Japanese auto major is currently giving Rs 50,000 worth of benefits. While, on compact sedan Amaze, customers can currently get up to Rs 90,000 benefits.

All these benefits are reportedly available till March 2024 end.

Rs 1.20 lakh benefits on Honda City:

On Honda City, customers will get up to Rs 30,000 direct cash discount apart from Rs 8,000 corporate bonus, Rs 21,000 exchange bonus, among other things.

Rs 50,000 benefits on Elevate:

On its latest offering, Honda Elevate, the Japanese automotive company is currently giving offers worth up to Rs 50,000 under the limited period celebration offer.

Rs 90,000 benefits on Amaze:

On Honda Amaze, customers can get direct cash discount of up to Rs 35,000, apart from corporate discont of Rs 6,000, exchange bonus of Rs 10,000, etc. All these benefits combined, customers can avail of up to Rs 90,000 benefits on the compact sedan.
