On the occasion of National Doctors’ Day, Money9 hosted two prominent persons from the medical fraternity to help people understand the sacrifices and efforts put by them to stave off the crisis triggered by the deadly coronavirus pandemic.

Dr Bishnu Panigrahi, Group Head – Medical Strategy and Operations, Fortis Healthcare and Commander (retd) Navneet Bali, Regional Director, northern region, Narayana Health, spoke about the different challenges faced by medical professionals in these times and said they only want respect from the general public, not any undue adulation and unnecessary publicity.

The broad message was that doctors try their best but there should not be undue expectations from them.
