Tata Technologies The much-awaited IPO from Tata Group is finally here. Investors have been waiting for a long time and now they are showing their interest in the form of impressive subscription numbers. Tata Technologies is an engineering research and development company. It is a subsidiary of Tata Motors.

IPO Details: Price Band: ₹475 – ₹500 per share IPO will remain open from: 22 to 24 November Total Issue Size: ₹3,042.51 Cr OFS: 3,042.5 Cr Subscription: 2.54x GMP: ₹358 per share

It is one of the leading specialty oil manufacturing companies of country. The company is one of the biggest producers of white oil in the world. The objective of the IPO is capital expenditure, loan repayment and working capital requirements.

IPO Details: Price Band: ₹160 – ₹169 per share IPO will remain open from: 22 to 24 November Total Issue Size: ₹500.69 Cr Fresh Issue: ₹302 Cr

OFS: ₹198.69 Cr

Subscription: 1.25x GMP: ₹76 per share

It is a subsidiary of Federal Bank. It is NBFC that caters to Self Employeed Individuals and SMEs.

It is one of the biggest companies in the stationery space in India. Recently we had also seen one more company that has a business in stationery space. Now another company is looking to raise funds from public.
