No profit-booking for Yatra investors
Even though it was a much-anticipated company and already a known name in the space, investors did not show much interest due to financial concerns
The IPO market is giving a plethora of options to investors. Today one IPO got listed and it disappointed the investors. It was Yatra Online. It is listed on NSE at a price of Rs 127.5 per share. This is 10.2% below the issue price. Its issue price was Rs 142. IPO got subscribed 1.66 times and the company raised a total Rs 775 crore from IPO. Even though it was a much-anticipated company and already a known name in the space, investors did not show much interest as there were financial concerns.

It will remain open from 27th September to 3rd October. Its price band is Rs 133 to Rs 140 per share. The company is looking to raise Rs 152.5 crore from IPO and all of it is fresh issue. On 28th September, it got subscribed 49% by the time of writing this story. Its GMP is Rs 10 per share which implies listing at 7.14% premium.

It will remain open from 27th September to 3rd October. Its price band is Rs 71 to Rs 75 per share. The company is looking to raise Rs 25.92 crore from IPO and all of it is fresh issue. On 28th September, it got subscribed 1.34x at the time of writing this story. Its GMP is Rs 19 per share which implies listing at 25.33% premium.
Canarys Automations
It will remain open from 27th September to 3rd October. Its price band is Rs 29 to Rs 31 per share. The company is looking to raise Rs 47.03 crore from IPO and all of it is a fresh issue. On 28th September, it got subscribed 35% by the time of writing this story. Its GMP is Rs 6 per share which implies listing at 19% premium.
Vinyas Innovative Technologies
It will remain open from 27th September to 3rd October. Its price band is Rs 162 to Rs 165 per share. The company is looking to raise Rs 54.66 crore from IPO and all of it is a fresh issue. On 28th September, it got subscribed 27% by the time of writing this story. Its GMP is Rs 20 per share which implies listing at 12.12% premium.
