Bank of Maharashtra, a public sector bank, has invited online applications for the recruitment to the post of specialist officers (SO). This recruitment drive will fill up 190 vacancies in various posts. The online application process has already started. Eligibility criteria

Educational qualifications

Agriculture field officer: Candidates should have 4-year degree (graduation) in agriculture / horticulture / animal husbandry / veterinary science/ dairy science/ fishery science/ pisciculture / agri marketing and cooperation/ co-operation and banking / agro-forestry / forestry / agricultural biotechnology / food science / agriculture business management / food technology / dairy technology / agricultural engineering / sericulture with a minimum required marks of 60% in aggregate of all semesters / years for general candidates.

Law officer: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in law recognised by the Bar Council of India with a minimum required marks of 60% or equivalent in the aggregate of all semesters/years.

Security officer: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognised university with minimum of 5 years of experience as an officer in the Indian Army not below the rank of Captain and its equivalent rank in Indian Navy, Indian Air Force or a minimum of 5 years of experience an officer of equivalent rank and service in police and central paramilitary forces/central police organisations.

HR/personnel officer: Candidates should have graduate and two-year full-time post graduate degree (not through distance mode of education) or two-year full-time post-graduate diploma in personnel management/industrial relations/HR/HRD/social work/labour law with a minimum required marks of 60% in aggregate of all semesters/years.

Minimum three years of post-qualification experience as HR manager/ officer in scheduled commercial banks/ PSBs/ central or state government departments/ reputed private organisations.

IT support administrator: Candidates should have BTech or BE in computer science/electronics/electronics and communication or MCA or MSc in computer science with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years, 50% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD.

Database administrator (MSSQL/ORACLE): Candidates should have BTech or BE in Computer Science / Electronics / Electronics and Communication or MCA or MSc in computer science with minimum 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years, 50% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD.

Windows administrator: Candidates should have BTech or BE degree in computer science/electronics/electronics & communication or MCA Or MSc in computer science. Candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.

Product support engineer: Candidates should have BTech or BE degree in computer science/electronics/electronics & communication or MCA Or MSc in computer science. Candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.

Network & security administrator: Candidates should have BTech or BE degree in computer science/electronics/electronics & communication or MCA Or MSc in computer science. Candidates should have minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate of all semesters/years, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.

Age limit

AFO and IT Support Administrator: Between 20 years to 30 years

Others: Between 25 years to 35 years
