The new fund offer (NFO), Trust MF Banking & PSU Debt Fund, is an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in debt instruments of banks, public sector undertakings, public financial institutions and municipal bonds.

The NFO will open for subscription on January 15 and close on January 27.

Anand Nevatia along with Sandeep Bagla will manage the fund.

The scheme will follow a structured investment approach backed by a unique methodology aimed at delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns.

The methodology would help in defining a high-quality investible universe of issuers.

“We want to make investment in fixed income securities more systematic and transparent,” said Bagla, CEO of Trust AMC and co-fund manager of the new scheme.
