Cochin Shipyard hiring 70 executive trainees

Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a premier mini ratna company, has invited applications for recruitment to the post of executive trainees in various disciplines. Through this recruitment drive, CSL will fill 70 vacancies. Candidates would be posted at CSL, Kochi or any CSL units at Mumbai, Kolkata, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, etc., or any other project sites as desired by CSL. The application process began on October 6, 2021. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online till October 27, 2021. Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification:

1) Civil: Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

2) Electrical: Candidates should have a degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

3) Electronics: Candidates should have a degree in electronics engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

4) Mechanical: Candidates should have a degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

5) Naval architecture: Candidates should have a degree in naval architecture with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

6) Information technology: Candidates should have a degree in engineering in computer science or information technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university or a master’s degree in computer applications/ computer science/ information technology with a minimum of 65% marks.

7) Human resource: Candidates should have a degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university and a two-year master’s degree or equivalent degree or equivalent diploma or postgraduate degree in business administration, social work, personnel management with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognised university.

Age limit: The candidate’s age should not be more than 27 years as on October 27, 2021. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines.
