Covid-19: India records 38,792 cases in the last 24 hours
Coronavirus Updates: Under the nationwide vaccination drive, cumulative vaccine doses administered so far have reached 38.76 crores.
India has reported 38,792 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The total recoveries across the country so far are 3,01,04,720. According to the health ministry’s data, 41,000 patients recovered during the last 24 hours.
The active caseload has declined to 4,29,946 and constitutes 1.39% of the total infections. The national recovery rate of Covid-19 has increased to 97.28%. The testing capacity has also been substantially ramped up to 43.59 crore in the country.
The weekly positivity rate stands at 2.25%. The daily positivity rate is less than 2.10%. It has been less than 3% for 23 consecutive days.
