Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification
Engineer assistant (EA) and junior engineer assistant (JEA): The applicant must have a three-year full-time and regular diploma with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Junior store assistant, store assistant, lab assistant: The applicant must have a full-time bachelor’s degree (BA/ BSc/ BCom) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Age limit
Junior engineer assistant (freshers): maximum 25 years
Junior engineer assistant, junior store assistant, junior account assistant, junior lab assistant, junior quality assistant: 30 years as on March 31, 2021
Engineer assistant, store assistant (I), account assistant, lab assistant, quality assistant: 35 years as on March 31, 2021.
Store assistant (II): 40 years as on March 31, 2021.

Salary
Freshers: Rs 3 lakhs per annum (CTC)
Minimum experience of 5 years: Average 4.1 lakhs per annum (CTC)
Minimum experience of 10 years: Average 4.9 lakhs per annum (CTC)
Minimum experience of 15 years: Average 5.8 lakhs per annum (CTC)
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be done on the computer-based test followed by a trade test.
