IBPS RRB Recruitment 2021: Job notification for RRB Clerk and PO released; check details

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has started the application process for IBPS RRB Exam 2021. An intimation for the registration of Group “A”-Officers (PO) (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant – Multipurpose (Clerk) posts were notified on IBPS’s official website. The application process for these vacancies will begin from today (June 8).

According to the official calendar of IBPS (IBPS Calendar 2021), the Prelims Exam for PO and Clerk Posts is scheduled to be held on August 1, August 7, August 8, August 14 and August 21. The interviews for recruitment will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2021.

Vacancy details

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – 5096 posts Scale I Officer (Assistant Manager) – 4119 posts Scale II Officer (Manager) – 1100 posts Scale III Officer (Senior Manager) – 151 posts

Pay Scale

The pay scale for office assistant has been kept between the range of Rs 7,200 to Rs 19,300 per month. The scale officers have been offered higher salary. Scale I employees will be paid in the range of Rs 14,500 to Rs 25,700 while Scale II and III will be paid a maximum of Rs 28,100 and Rs 31,500 respectively.

Age

The age of candidates applying for the post of Office Assistant should be between 18 to 28 years of age while those for Scale I and II officers should be 18-30 years and 21-32 years respectively. Candidates applying for the post of Senior Manager Officer Scale III should have a graduation degree in any stream with 50% marks and 5 years experience. The maximum age of the candidates for this post has been fixed at 40 years.
