Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras has published a notification for recruitment of assistant professors. A total of 49 vacancies will be filled up through this recruitment process. Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification: Candidates must have PhD with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree. Specialisation in the appropriate area/branch with consistently good academic record throughout.
Age limit: The age limit of the candidate should be below 35 years.

Final selection of candidates will be done through a personal interview.
