Indian Oil is hiring for over 500 non-executive posts
Indian Oil Recruitment: The online application process has already started and the window will remain open till 5 pm on October 12, 2021.
State-owned oil marketing company Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has invited applications for recruitment to various experienced non-executive posts. This drive is to fill up more than 500 vacancies for its refineries/ petrochemical units in the different states in the country including Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official recruitment website of IOCL at www.iocrefrecruit.in. The online application process has already started and the window will remain open till 5 pm on October 12, 2021.
As per the notification, a candidate is allowed to apply for only one post. In case of receipt of more than one application for more than one post, all the applications will be rejected.

Eligibility criteria
– Educational qualification and experience: To apply for the aforementioned IOCL vacancies, the minimum required educational qualification and experience will vary post to post. Candidates are requested to read the detailed recruitment notification.
– Age limit: Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 26 of age as on September 30, 2021. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved category candidates as per government guidelines.
Payscale
As per the official notification pay scale will be Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000 per month. Besides basic pay and industrial pattern of DA, the other allowances/ benefits also will be provided to selected candidates.
Selection process
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a written test and a skill/ proficiency/ physical test (SPPT). Merit list will be published on the basis of marks obtained in the written test. A candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in the written test to qualify for further consideration.
