Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCFL), a public sector undertaking and the country’s fourth largest producer of fertilisers, is hiring candidates for various posts of trade apprentices. A total number of 104 vacancies would be filled up through this recruitment process.
The duration of training is 12-14 months. The online application process is underway. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts through the official website of the company at rcfltd.com. The last date of online registration is August 7, 2021.
Apprentices shall be provided training at Trombay and Thal as per the company’s requirements.

Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification:
Recruitment executive (Human Resource): The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
AOCP: Minimum BSc degree in chemistry with physics, chemistry and mathematics or biology only.
Accounts executive: Minimum class 12 passed with commerce.
Medical lab technician (pathology): Passed higher secondary with science and mathematics.
Diploma trade apprentices: Candidates must have a diploma in chemical engineering/ computer engineering/ electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
Age:
Recruitment executive (HR), AOCP, accounts executive, diploma trade apprentices: 25 years as on November 1, 2020.
Medical lab technician (pathology) trainee: 21 years as on November 1, 2020.
Selection procedure
A merit list will be drawn in the order of the percentage secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification.
