State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest commercial bank, is hiring specialist cadre officers (SCO) in various departments across India. The recruitment will be done for the post of deputy manager, relationship manager, product manager, assistant manager and circle defence banking advisor posts. SBI has published a total of four different recruitment advertisements in this regard. The total number of vacancies is 69.

Eligibility criteria

– Educational qualification:

Assistant manager (civil engineer): Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised university or institute.

Assistant manager (electrical engineer): Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognised institute or university.

Assistant Manager (marketing & communication): Candidates applying for the position should have a full-time MBA (Marketing) or PGDM or its equivalent degree with specialisation in marketing from a recognised institutions.

Deputy Manager (Agri special): Candidates applying for the position should have an MBA or PGDM in rural management or MBA/PGDM in agri-business/ post-graduate diploma in rural management/postgraduate in agriculture as a full-time course from a recognised university.

Relationship manager (OMP): Candidates applying for the position must have a BE/ BTech along with MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree (as a full-time course) with a specialisation in marketing. Candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years of total experience as of July 1, 2021.

Product Manager (OMP): Candidates applying for the position must have a BTech/ BE in computer science/ IT/ electronics and communication along with MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree. Candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years of total experience as of July 1, 2021.

Circle Defence Banking Advisor: Candidates must be a retired major general or brigadier from the Indian Army, or from comparable ranks from the Indian Navy or Air Force.

Assistant Manager (civil engineer): Between 21 years to 30 years as on April 1, 2021

Assistant Manager (electrical engineer): Between 21 years to 30 years as on April 1, 2021

Assistant Manager (marketing and communication): Maximum 30 years as on April 1, 2021

Deputy manager (agriculture spl): Between 25 years to 35 years as on July 1, 2021

Relationship manager: Between 25 years to 35 years as on July 1, 2021

Product manager: Between 25 years to 35 years as on July 1, 2021

Circle defense banking advisor: Maximum 60 years as on May 31, 2021
