LG has joined forces with bureaucrats to plot against AAP: Kejriwal
AAP has said that the Supreme Court had ruled in favor of the Delhi government regarding its powers and had said that only the government elected by the people of Delhi has the right to govern in Delhi.
The Delhi government has said that the Center has already seized the powers of the democratically elected government of Delhi through the unconstitutional GNCTD (Government of National Capital Territory Delhi) Amendment Act, and now the remaining powers are also being seized. The Delhi government has alleged that the central government is using the Lieutenant Governor to seize the remaining constitutional powers of the Delhi government.
The Arvind Kejriwal-led government has said that all services outside the purview of the National Capital Civil Service Authority i.e., NCCSA in New Delhi come under the jurisdiction of the democratically elected government in Delhi. Unfortunately, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is forming a clique with the bureaucrats of the central government and trying to seize the remaining powers of the Delhi government.
AAP has said that the Supreme Court had ruled in favor of the Delhi government regarding its powers and had said that only the government elected by the people of Delhi has the right to govern in Delhi. However, the Bharatiya Janata Party is afraid of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s governance and is making every effort to obstruct the functioning of the Delhi government.
